Job Title: Greek Language Lecturer / Associate Professor (or higher)

Position Summary:
The Greek Department at the Selas is seeking a highly qualified Greek Language Lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a total of 10 teaching hours per week, including:
- Beginners’ Greek language courses
- Greek culture-related courses
- Greek literature courses
In addition to teaching, the lecturer is expected to:
- Guide and support students in extracurricular activities
- Supervise students’ academic research projects
- Demonstrate strong academic research ability
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Native Greek speaker (mandatory)
- At least two years of full-time Greek language teaching experience
- Associate Professor rank or higher is strongly preferred
- A recognized teaching qualification in Greek as a foreign language is an advantage
- Strong academic research background in Greek studies (literature, culture, linguistics, etc.)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: Negotiable based on academic rank
- Housing allowance: 4000 RMB
- Round-trip travel allowance: One round-trip airfare per academic year (between home country and China)
- Additional pay: Increased based on academic rank and number of teaching hours taught beyond the base load
