Panagiota (Penny) Koutsi holds a PhD in American Literature and Culture from the School of English, AUTH. Her dissertation focuses on contemporary Anglophone drama and the issue of the death penalty. Her academic interests include Theater Studies, Political Theory, conflict and violence. She has participated in numerous conferences and part of her research has been published in international journals.
