3. Alternatively, you may register (cash only) during the Conference at Mediterranean Palace Hotel.

Your participation will be confirmed only if you fax the following to (+30) 2310 997432 (attn. Maria Moumtzi):

• your signed registration form (attached)
• the deposit receipt of the Bank or the transaction number (for credit card online payment)
• a copy of your student ID (if you are a student)

Refund Policy

Registration fee can be refunded only through a written request. The amount of refund is as follows:

1. Until 23/10: Full refund
2. Until 8/11(inclusive): Half refund
3. From 9/11: NO refund

Very important! We regret that bank charges or any other expenses incurred cannot be refunded.
