MA in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics

The MA in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics aims to provide students with solid foundations in theoretical and applied linguistics so that every student will reach a level of sophistication to read relevant literature and to contribute to that literature. This MA programme has 4 core courses covering the main areas of theoretical and applied linguistics. Core courses include Foundations of Language, Syntactic Theory, Phonetics-Phonology and Second Language Acquisition. Beyond the core courses, students can opt for various elective courses.

Applications for admittance to the Masters Degree Programme (MA) are accepted from 1 April to 15 May every two years.
