*The discounted registration fee for students is applicable to all under- and postgraduates with valid proof of their student status (i.e. student ID) upon registration.

2. Directly to GALA’s office at Room 306^E, 3^rd floor of the New Building of the Faculty of Philosophy, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

23/6-10/7: Thursdays, 11.00-14.00
24/8-10/9: Thursdays, 11.00-14.00
After 10/9: Thursdays, 14.00-16.00

3. During the Conference (cash only).

Participation confirmation

Your participation will be confirmed only if you email (galaconf2017@enl.auth.gr) or fax the following to (+30) 2310 997432 (attn. Maria Moumtzi):

• your signed registration form (attached in MSWord or PDF format)
• the deposit receipt of the Bank
• a copy of your student ID (if you are a student)

Special note for paper/poster presenters

All speakers should register by 31^st July, 2017 in order to be included in the final programme of the Conference.

Refund Policy

Registration fee can be refunded only through a written request. The amount of refund is as follows:

1. Until 1/9/2017: Full refund
2. Until 15/9/2017(inclusive): Half refund
3. From 16/9/2017: NO refund

Very important! We regret that bank charges or any other expenses incurred cannot be refunded.
